At our administrative offices in St. Helena, we have a cave that we use to support the Charnu Winery operation.
Bored into the side of a hill at the base of Glass Mountain, the cave provides 1,100 square feet of constant temperature space that we use for several purposes. For example, it is perfect for short-term storage of bottled wine. We keep this wine handy for tastings as well as certain types of shipments.
We also use the cave for wine tastings. We have outfitted a spot in the cave to provide a comfortable environment in which to sample the Charnu Wines.
