Winemaker Tasting Notes
The 2009 Red Dye is blended with your immediate pleasure as its primary goal! Candied fruits, black cherry and plum fill the nose. Upon first taste the wine is immediately lush, rich and dense---it rolls over your palate with gentle notes of fig, blueberry and violet. The finish is smooth, silky and mouth coating.
